Refund & Cancellation Policy – HS Dental Products

All sales made on HS Dental Products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Refunds are only applicable in the following exceptional cases:
• Failed transactions or duplicate payments.
• Non-delivery of the product due to company error.

In such cases, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after verification.
